When you start you will see the red kingdom and the small 3 soldier yellow kingdom fighting, just ignore them. Now go north and kill at least 5 of them now the blue kingdom will activate (only the red kingdom looks like a kingdom though.) kill them if they shoot you now go in the hideout to protect yourself and stay there for 2:00.
