Yin-Yarn's Metamato.

Metamatos are a type of food that appeared in the Wii game Kirby's Epic Yarn. They are the equivalent of Maxim Tomatos, and look exacty like them except that Metamatoes are made of yarn. One Metamato had belonged to Yin-Yarn, but Kirby ate it and was given the ability to transform. After Kirby ate the Metamato, Yin-Yarn sent him to Patch Land.

"Metamato" might be a pun on the prefix meta-, meaning "transform", and the word "tomato".
