Nd Cube is a Japanese and Canadian video game and tv show developer and official subsidiary of Jam filled entertainment, as of August 2010. The company was originally formed as a joint venture between Nintendo and Dentsu, hence the "Nd" in the company's name. However, Nintendo bought 98% of the shares, with Dentsu stepping aside. The company is currently made up of many of the employee's from Hudson Soft's Mario Party team.
